Four Corners Pizza



Ingredients

Base

Bread Flour
Salt
Olive Oil
Dry Yeast
Water

Toppings:

Tomatoes, Garlic, Mozzarella cheese

California:

Bacon, Aubergine or Avocado

Cornwall

Minced Beef, Par-boiled Potato, Cornish Spices, Onion cut small,

Dubai

Chicken slices in Five Spice

Vietnam

Tofu cut into cubes, Dried Mushrooms soaked in water, pork cut small, black bean sauce, oyster sauce and soy sauce.

1: Mix salt, yeast, flour and oil in a bowl. Slowly add water and knead until the dough is a ball of mossy consistency. Store in sealed container in fridge.
2: Sautee tomatoes and garlic until saucy.
3: California: cut ingredients into manageable chunks.
4: Vietnam: Cook pork in pan until juice from meat reduces. ,Add tofu, black bean sauce, oyster sauce and soy sauce along with finely chopped mushrooms. Add water used to soak dried mushrooms. Cook until ready.
5: Dubai: Coat chicken slices in Five Spice and leave.
6: Cornwall: Mix beef, onion, spices and potatoes.
7: Roll out dough into flat earth.
8: Cover crust with tomato sauce.
9: Build four corner world and sprinkle with shaved mozzarella.
10: Cook in oven at maximum heat until cooked, but not burnt.
11. Ngon.
